FAQ - How do I update my BIOS?
The person in Customer Care told me I needed to my BIOS, but I don't know how.
In order to your BIOS, you'll need to go to your manufacturer's website. You will need to pull up the support page for your model, and find the 'drivers and downloads&rsquo section. You will find latest BIOS version, if any, near the top of the page. You will need to then follow the installation instructions given on the website.
