Important: Upgrade Computer Memory is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. Upgrade Computer Memory will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason. Once the customer begins the process of adding or replacing Upgrade Computer Memory's product into their equipment, the customer assumes full liability from that moment. The customer should seek a bonded and insured professional to insure compensation for an unforeseen loss. 1. Payment Unless otherwise stated, all payments shall be due upon receipt of invoice. On any amounts not paid when due, customer agrees to pay interest at the rate of 1-1/2% per month (18% per year) or, if such rate is in excess of the rate allowed by law, then the highest rate allowed by law. In addition, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including costs of litigation and reasonable attorney's fees. Upgrade Computer Memory reserves the right to obtain a security interest in the products sold to customer, and in proceeds thereof, until payment is made in full by customer. Customer agrees to execute financing statements and other instruments at Upgrade Computer Memory's request. A $20.00 collection fee will be charged for all dishonored checks. 2. Taxes 3. Title and Risk of Loss 4. Warranty Information Click here for information. 5. Return Procedures A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for returning or exchanging. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return or exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted. Upgrade Computer Memory reserves the right to refuse any return due to expired RMA number, no RMA number on shipping label or incomplete items including anti-static packaging. For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and tracking number. Recommended carriers include UPS and Federal Express. All items must be 100% complete and in "good as new" conditions. Returned item(s) must be enclosed in anti-static packaging. If product arrives damaged, save the product and the original packaging, notify Upgrade Computer Memory's Customer Service immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Even though we are currently running a "free shipping" promotion, items returned for a refund will have Upgrade Computer Memory's original shipping cost deducted from the amount of the refund. Entire Agreement 7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Costs Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the city of Kirkwood, Missouri and under the rules of the Better Business Bureau.
